This Player Acquisition Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of Today, by and between Sentinels ("Organization") and the professional esports athlete known as Player ("Athlete").
1. ROSTER PLACEMENT: The Organization agrees to sign the Athlete to its premier starting roster, effective immediately. The Athlete will represent the Organization in all Tier 1 competitive events.
2. COMPENSATION: In consideration of the services rendered, the Organization agrees to pay the Athlete a guaranteed base salary of $25,000 per month, excluding tournament winnings, sponsorships, and digital sticker revenue.
3. EXCLUSIVITY: The Athlete agrees to exclusively represent the Organization and will immediately update all social media bios to reflect this signing.
